Stacking the Shelves (45)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's an opportunity for everyone to share the new books that we've acquired.

One of my most highly anticipated reads of the year was released this week—Maggie Stiefvater's The Dream Thieves. Unfortunately, I haven't had a lot of time to read it since it arrived, but I'm hoping to fix that over the weekend!

For Review:

Quantum Entanglement by Liesel K. Hill
Thanks to Liesel Hill!

Bought:

The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater

Kindle Freebie:

Shadows by Jennifer L. Armentrout

eBooks Bought:

The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch
Very Bad Things by Ilsa Madden-Mills

What did you add to your shelves this week? Please link me up!

    1. The Lies of Locke Lamora was one of the first books I added to my TBR when I joined Goodreads; I've wanted to read it for quite a while, lol.

  7. I'm looking forward to Quantum Entanglement. Dream Thieves intrigues me and Shadows is one that I haven't made it to yet so I'm looking forward to what you think of that one. I hope you have a great weekend :D Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.

    1. I've started Quantum Entanglement, and it reminded me how much I wish I had an ability like the characters in the series do. Time travel would be awesome, but really, I'd settle for any kind of talent!

  11. Weeee, Dream Thieves! (Though I still need to get my hands on Raven Boys - I kind of need it, you know?) I'm loving for love for these books and it's making me want to join in LOL I still need to read the Lux Series and something by Liesel K Hill as well. Sigh. It never ends heh. Oh and I am VERY curious about The Lies of Locke Lamora! Congrats on all of these :)

    1. The Dream Thieves was absolutely phenomenal. The pacing of this and The Raven Boys isn't to everyone's liking; I think the series is more character-driven than story-driven, but I love these characters so much that I'm perfectly OK with that. Ally and Melissa LOVE the series as much as I do, and we have been left desperate for the next book!
