This week's topic is:
Would You Rather Have Potions with Snape or Tea with Umbridge?
Potions with Snape! Class with him would be far from pleasant, but at least I don't think he'd try to slip Veritaserum into my tea. Or worse, because Umbridge is completely unhinged and capable of anything.
Ugh. Umbridge. I don't care if I had to do Potions with Snape for the rest of my days - I would to avoid ANY kind of interaction with that evil, crazy woman! At least you'd be learning something with Snape! I'm just hoping he wouldn't pick on me too hard XD
ReplyDeleteI'd hope for the same and would definitely try my hardest to lie low in his class, maybe throw an invisibility cloak over myself once in a while, lolol!
DeleteI'd be too tempted to slip something into Umbridge's tea...
ReplyDeleteJk...maybe. But she is one terrifying woman.
Ally @ The Scribbling Sprite
She totally deserves to get a taste of her own medicine, or should I say, tea, lol!
DeleteSnape for sure esp now... Umbridge is just too nasty, I'd rather drink poison
ReplyDeleteHahaha- me too! At least I'd get excused from her class . . . I think. She's so evil she'd probably make you go even if you were about to take your last breath!
DeleteI agree. Snape COULD have done much worse things to Harry in his time with him, so I don't think he would. I'd definitely rather have Snape than Umbridge. I seem to remember Snape repelling unforgiveable curses from the Death Eaters so they wouldn't hit Harry instead of using them on him as Umbridge intended. She's terrible.
ReplyDeleteUmbridge had absolutely no problem with breaking wizarding law, despite working for the Ministry, which was one of the most troubling things about her. Snape was mean to Harry, but Umbridge actually caused him physical harm with those horrible quills of hers!
DeleteSnape for sure! I don't care if he was unpleasant to me, there's no way I would want to be near Umbridge. If it's Alan Rickman's Snape, then I'd be there just to listen to his voice. :) Oh Alan, he really intensified my love for Snape. :/
ReplyDeleteHe brought so much to that role, and I can't imagine anyone else more perfect for it. ♥ But my favorite Alan Rickman performance was as Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility- he absolutely melted my heart!
DeleteSnape for sure! He was difficult, but brilliant. Umbridge was just a bigot. No thanks!
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone would want to hang out with Umbridge, under any circumstances, lol.
