Alison Can Read. It's a great way to meet other book bloggers!
This week's question is:
It was just too hard to choose between these two, so here they both are:

ASDFGHJKLKJHGFDK!!!! I can't not fangirl every time I see those covers!
ReplyDeleteI'm not crazy in love with either because the models aren't at all how I pictured Will and Jem, but I really love the look of Clockwork Princess.
Here's my FF and happy early Friday! :)
I CANNOT wait to add Clockwork Princess to my bookshelf, right next to these two!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
I have not read this series but the covers are indeed amazing! Going to add it to my TBR list now.

The beautiful covers are what brought Cassandra Clare's books to my attention in the first place, starting with The Mortal Instruments.
DeleteThanks for stopping by and following!
Great picks. I'm STILL the only person in the world that hasn't read Cassandre Clare! :D Old Follower. My FFs are at Musings on Fantasia and LKHill if you're interested. Happy Friday! :D
ReplyDeleteI felt that way when I started reading The Mortal Instruments- everybody had read it except me, lol. I think that the fourth book was just about to be published when I finally began the first book, City of Bones.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
I absolutely LOVE these books! Even though I haven't read the third one, I think that cover (and story) is my favorite. These are definitely sitting pretty on my shelves at home =)

Kristan @ Lost Amongst the Shelves
I love how these books look on my bookshelf, too. The Clockwork Princess cover is just beautiful.

Seriously, I adore TID, love them more than I've ever loved TMI. I so, so love both these covers, hard to choose! Old follower, hopping through.
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard too pick a favorite cover, not to mention a favorite book!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
I personally think the Clockwork Princess is the prettiest! :)

ReplyDeleteOld follower saying hi.
My FF
I hope you love them as much as I do! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI like these, but the last one is the prettiest <3
ReplyDeleteCome visit my FF
I'll never be able to pick a favorite among The Infernal Devices covers; I love them all!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
They're gorgeous covers, at the moment I just have them on kindle, but I wish I could get them in hardcover rather than paperback.
ReplyDeleteI wish that I had all of The Mortal Instruments books in hardcover. I have the first 3 in a paperback boxed set and the rest in hardcover. It drives me a little crazy sometimes because I like sticking with one format.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
I haven't read these books yet, but I have heard that they are great.
ReplyDeleteNew follower.
Here's my FF
I highly recommend reading them. Thanks for stopping by and following!
DeleteI haven't read the books, but I like the covers:)

I love the covers too! :D Thanks for stopping by my FF <3 old follower!
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by!
DeleteI still have yet to read this series! I have Clockwork Angel on my shelf at this very moment though. I wasn't sure if I should read it or not since I've only read City of Bones and City of Ashes. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteOld follower. Krystianna @ Downright Dystopian
I think that you should at least read the 3rd Mortal Instruments book, City of Glass, before reading Clockwork Angel to get the most out of your CA reading experience. My reading order was: first 4 MI books, CA, Clockwork Prince, City of Lost Souls, and it worked out for me.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Okay, I'll be sure to read them in that order! Thanks for the advice. :)
DeleteYour answer stumped me at first. At first I was like 'sorry to hear you didn't enjoy TID.' Then I read what question you were answering and the rest of the post. Only just discovered that Parajunkie and Alison had slightly different questions. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the covers and The Infernal Devices too!
Thanks for stopping by my FF!
Becky @ A Reader’s Devotion
After the post went up, I saw that some blogs had a "best cover for a book you didn't like" question, and I thought that I'd misread it originally. Oh dear- I can't imagine Ally and I not loving TID! We recently got Ally's sister, Melissa, into the books, too!
DeleteThanks for dropping by!
Haven't read that series yet, but I do like the covers =)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by mine!

DeleteOh my gosh, I thought you were saying that you didn't enjoy this book! Then I re-read the question and I totally agree with you...
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for Clockwork Princess.... Ahhhhhhhhh! :D
Thanks for following btw! :) I'm now a new follower can't wait to discuss books with you. :D
I'm dying to read Clockwork Princess, too. I wish that it were March already!
DeleteThanks for stopping by and following!
I havn't read this series but I do love the covers! I've been a follower, I must have found you through goodreads before
ReplyDeleteIt's such a fantastic series; I hope you have the chance to read it one day.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Love those covers!!! :) Great books!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's so great when a book that you love also has an awesome cover.
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
I have to get into this series!! I've read all the other series so far, but not this one.
ReplyDeleteThanx for stopping by!!
Naomi @ Nomi’s Paranormal Palace
Old Follower :)
I just love this series so much; you should definitely read it if you have the opportunity. :)
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Yeah, I LOVE these books, and covers, but I didn't think the one for will was even close to what he looks like. He is much hotter in my head than the model, but I still love the series and covers. I do like Mortal Instruments a tad more, and also love all the covers too (except don't like the model on City of Fallen Angels for Simon, not how I thought he would look)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I was surprised I did like them, only because I really do not like reading books that take place that far back, just hard to relate to the way women were supposed to be, and all that. lol
Here is my post
Follow Friday Hop
When I started reading The Infernal Devices, I was so happy to see that even though the books take place in Victorian times, the female Shadowhunters are still as fierce as the modern-day ones in The Mortal Instruments.
DeleteI don't think that any cover model will come close to the picture of Will that I have in my head, either. :)
Thanks for stopping by!
So flipping gorgeous!! Love these covers. :)
ReplyDelete**new GFC follower!**
I'd love for you to check out my FF at Between the Bind.

I love the cover design for all of Cassandra Clare's books; they really grab your attention.
